COMMS BALL PERFORMANCE AT 1 DEGREE 15.

BY FAR THE WORSTTTTT MANAGEMENT I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. We had to reblock at 3 times because for some reason nobody in charge could provide us with the correct measurements and it kept changing EVERYTIME they got back to us. On the day itself we went there, only to find out THAT THE STAGE WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE AGAIN and had to REBLOCK AGAIN. This was major reblock by the way, at first we were told we had a stage, then it became the dancefloor. It was supposed to be shaped like a regular stage and somewhere along the way it become shaped like a wedding aisle and we had to re-block 10 million times to fit this.

National Service? After one year these 20 year old boys cant even tell us the DIMENSIONS OF A STAGE?

There was also NOBODY to cue us on where to go, where to exit, where to enter. We had to make our own decisions, navigate ourselves and put our professionalism to use. Thank goodness Jilyn performed there before so we actually knew how to get to the back door (which is, very confusing if you've never been there) BUT supposing none of us knew - then what?

BAD MANAGEMENT. BAD LEADERSHIP. BAD BAD BAD.

They also decided to starve us. Dinner was supposed to be ordered at around 5pm and it wasnt till 9pm that they told us the dinner order had been screwed up. In the end we ordered room service ourselves.

GOSH. I AM SO APPALLED. Inefficient, breakdown in communication and horrible leadership. all these behind the scene things were a complete mess.

ANYWAY. thankfully we had a nice holding room where everybody was held (including the band and the officers) it was a hotel room which explains the bed (somebody asked)

Dance Uncensored was the bomb! went there with low expectations because Sharon kept drumming it into my head that it was going to be boring and bad. on the contrary it was great! No dancing for a while now...
