Man, I am so friggin pissed off right now. ANNOYED.I've also watched 3 seasons of Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey yelling "fuckin' donuts", "fuckin donkays", "fuck off" and "piss off" while slamming the kitchen sinks and kicking the trash cans simultaneously. He is the man. I feel like ramming my head into something as well. A cooler weather and scenic routes will help. Off to Hokkaido for the next week to look at Pink Moss and other Japanese paraphernalia. I thought Pink Moss was moss that was pink, but it seems Pink Moss is a flower. HMMM, i have no clue. We shall see! AM EXCITEDDDDDD. They are expecting a typhoon though which has made the temperature plummet to about 8 degrees celsius when it should really be 16! I think i packed all the wrong things because i'm secretly hoping then when we arrive the weather will be 16 and all the forecasts are lying. ![]()

The weather has been unrelenting of late. I have had cold showers in the past few days and they never felt better.Here's another recipe to share. This is so easy to make and it tastes so good. i realise that you should only use recipes as a rough guide. Everyone has a different palate and i've found myself modifying existing recipes to suit my own taste buds and satisfy my curiosity that the recipe is barely recognizable after that. All the same, cooking is so much fun, especially when you don't have to wash up after that. :) ![]() Ingredients for Base: -Butter, the less you use, the more crumbly is it. -6 Digestive Biscuits -Equal the amount of granola mix. almonds inside for added crunch YUM!Ingredients for Cream Cheese: -1 Block of Philadelphia cream cheese -4 tablespoons of cream -half a jar of marmalade...200g? Or add more if you want a more succinct zesty flavour -3 tablespoons of gelatin powder -1 can of madarin oranges ![]() Steps: 1. Crush biscuits and granola together till you get a fine crumbs. A blender will help immensely! 2. Heat butter till liquid and add in. You can pretty much tell when to stop because the crumbs will turn a darker brown and start getting more coagulated. I like mine with less butter so i stopped at about 60g of butter. 3. Pat and compress into a dish. You can make this into cubes or pie slices. 4. Leave in the fridge to harden for 1/2 an hour or longer 5. Cream cheese, cream and marmalade together. you should get a rich creamy texture. 6. melt gelatin 1/4 cup of boiling water. Make sure it's melted! And DO NOT boil the gelatin because it will kill the solidifying power of gelatin! 7.mix in with cream cheese filling 8. your crust should be hardened by now! Spread some marmalade over the top! 9. Pour in the cream cheese mixture and smoothen it out 10. garnish with well-drained canned mandarin oranges 11. leave to chill and serve! This is soo yummy. the more cream you add, the lighter it tastes. ![]() ![]() ![]() I KNOW THEY LOOK SO GOOD RIGHT! i love madarin oranges! Char's BBQ at West Coast omg the houseflies there have morphed into monster scavenger flies. i cannot emphasis how BIG AND JUICY each one of them were. the minute we took out the sausages to skewer they started to swarm around us like bees. It was scary. Giant in the morning to get the ingredients. We got LIVE PRAWNS that we jumping all over the place and they were sooo delicious. Kept asking the girls if they were hungry and everybody wasn't! :( wednesday nights are not complete without meehoon goreng + 1 egg! lucky nic was there to eat with me and hang out with me while all the girls were bustedddddddd. ANYHOW, alcohol kills your liver. stay healthy and dont drink like me :D I want to go to Japan already. i hope the next week passes as fast.

Heart breakerrr dayum, i am so bored. i think maybe i should go and get a job because it's hella boring over here. the only thing, and the only thing that makes e happy, for maybe like 10 minutes are these cute things which i found at 7/11 for $3.95 per set. SO friggin cutteee...i wonder if it'll be cheaper in Japan or if i should buy them all over here. So besides that, there's also shopping which gives me another 10 minutes of satisfaction cuz i 'bought something'. yeahhh holiday life of the bum. Labels: dance, random, shopping

Wish you could have tasted this! Very pleased with my first attempt. :DStrawberry Jelly Cheesecake Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake!!! ![]() ok i used a really bad knife to cut it but this was goooddd. I could probably do with less butter in the crust next time around... ![]() im supposed to put strawberries, but i didnt have any, and cutting apples into heart shapes were a complete bitch so i decided to put in Japanese chocolate pigs. Damn they are so cute. I was so scared the cheese layer wouldnt harden, but it did! :D gelatin is so amazing. Shall make another batch of this, just so i can perfect it and try to make some lemon cheesecake bars. This recipe is great for those who do not have weighing scales, like me. Biscuit base: 10 - 12 Digestive Biscuits 60g Melted Butter (add more or less to suit your tastebuds) Cheese Layer 1 block of Philidelphia Cream Cheese 2 tablespoons Gelatine Powder 10-12 tablespoons of Sugar (this isn't necessary) 1/2 cup of water Some form of fruit/chocolate or whatever you want to put under the jelly layer Topping: Buy a box of jelly and use half of it. To use, read the instructions on the jelly box itself Method: (1) Biscuit base: Blend biscuits until fine and then mix with melted butter and mix thoroughly. (2) Press, pat and pound into a tray till flat and compacted. Chill in the fridge for about 30mins to let it harden. (3) For fillings, stir gelatine powder with a little boiling hot water until it dissolves. (4) Add in gelatine mixture gradually to the cheese and cream until smooth. Pour on top of chilled biscuits. (5) Arrange topping on top of cheese. Put into the fridge to let it set. Leave overnight to harden (6) For jelly top, dissolve Jello in boiling water then pour in cold water and stir well. Let it completely cool. (7) Pour over the set cream cheese filling and put into the fridge again to let it set until firm. (8) Slice with a good sharp knife and enjoy :D if you want nice, neat cubes put it into a square tray, or something Labels: Recipe

You know sometimes you do stupid things, you say stupid things and you get caught up in your own stupidity. Like how you thought it was so clever to get cheap drugstore alcohol and swig it from the frosted bottle, only to get drunk and puke by the side of the drain while everyone looked on and shook their heads. You also thought it was ok to poke fun at the school loser whom everybody hated only to end up being the scapegoat and getting punished for it. You thought it was fun to prank call the police till they called back and told your mother. You thought it was entertaining to stick your finger into the electric fan, stick your finger into mystery holes, and stick your finger wherever it would fit, only to get your finger severed and you have a permanent scar that will never go away.sometimes in life, you dont get a second chance, you get painful reminders because you were none the wiser. but now you know, at least now you've learnt.
