 Seriously right, that white animal on top is like wanking my head. One of them involves doing a Children's Story Book and we have to do it from scratch. We need to come up with the story, do the illustrations, colour the illustrations and actually print it out as a PROPER BOOK. so going to keep 1 for myself by the way.. anyway im happy with my group because we got the job nicely divided. The girls who can draw did a great job etc. I was in charge of the colouring and im no expert but i got the job done decently i think. the illustrators drew this  and wanted me to colour it like this  woah. 0.o sorry, i cant make ham with beansprouts so. :(

Nic's parents were not in town so i drove his mom's car to town and woah, i am so upset with the mean drivers there. they refuse to let me cut into their lane to turn..upset upset upset! :( I also drove to my house, drove to pick some of nic's friends up and parked a few times. The suzuki swift is an awesome car for beginners.  so, here the guys are waxing the car like mad to try and get some white paint off the car. &~~~& Friday  Dinner at Cafe Cartel - i was seriously eyeing the ribs like crazy. Ive been there so many times but ive NEVER ONCE eaten the ribs, how crazy is that. i really need some ribs now!  We had dessert instead! YUMMM. We said no whipped cream in exchange for an extra slice of peach, but they omitted the whip cream and no extra peach either. geez!  jo hates me :(  Jeanette gets overly chummy with the waiters   Jo introduced to me a cocktail called SNOWBALL. Snowball sounds like fat hamster which is making me miss my hamsters. i feel like getting a guinea pig. jo got a JAGGER BOMB   Dinner at SoupSpoon! Jeanette and i had the beef goulash and i added in dashes of Tobasco to mine. MMMM, tangy. I love tabasco. i need to stock some in the house. &~~~& Thursday   Watched Mummy's Boy - Anna Faris was acting in it, and O M G, she wasnt playing a bimbo. is this the first time or what. im her newest fan, she's like so good at acting stupid and retarded. I skipped my last salsa lesson because i got lazy opps. Had kimchi ramen for dinner. i love my flavours. I am excited for Halloween and i have a spanking pumpkin carrier for my candy!! i totally love it. ok well, im not going trick or treating and im not sure if i have plans but i love the pumpkin anyway  Pumpkin guts MMM  SIAK IS THAT YOU ON THE WALL??? &~~~& Wednesday  Dinner at Mosburger, these are rox's fries  omg we are too cool for this.  WE EVEN BOUGHT STICKERS!!!!!  now this is a crazy sticker dump  sam and cheryl are super happy with our new stickers and rings!   Went to pluck my eyebrows before this. There's this REALLY good place in Toa Payoh HDB which looks super dodgey and is run by purely by China ladies. they even have a dodgey shop name like "Best Beauty" or something along that line - but omg, they are DAMN GOOD. they are SERIOUSLY amazing. the magic they do with my eyebrows man!  happy people! &~~~& Friday BBQ at West Coast Park   Me being really extra among the couples  randomly, i just like this photo. i should have gone away for a holiday WHY WHY WHYYYY am i stuck here in Singapore :( Need a getaway... Anyway, i also have 6 projects due (and i only have 5 modules) i really hate project members sometimes. how can ppl be so fucking lazy and dont do shit? dont they have any sense of shame? i practically spoonfed him all the points and he has such a 'tough life' schedule he cant even take 5 mins to read through it. Salsa - you know the one you dip tortillas into? I always buy a bottle but never finish it...anyway i digress...Salsa  im down to my last out of 8 salsa lessons at Jitterbugs under NUS. Woah i actually have a CCA! I think it's called social ballroom dance? Hmm, i have no idea. Maybe it's just called Salsa Club. So, my biggest problem is letting the guys lead. Dong Wan, who's the president and has to attend every lesson (poor dude) could tell straight away that i was used to choreographed steps. I wasnt letting the guys lead me. Instead i was doing my own stuff. I guess it isnt surprising. My personality is like that as well. Why let someone lead me when " i can do a better job" right? Typical D type person. But, it's hard - Some of the guys cant lead for nuts, we'ld do the basic steps 10 million times till he desides to move to the side step, or whatitscalled? im so bad with names. my ballet vocabulary was still as vacant as ever even after 11years. Some of them are seriously thick, others are there to get some numbers. (yuck) It's funny because Salsa style is not part of the Salsa course im taking now. apparently im learning the steps, i have to learn the style in another class. HMMM. i wonder if i have the patience try and master salsa. (secretly i only want to learn it because their costumes are so sexy and sparkly) and i mean, fake tan looks tres cool!! I'ld love to be orange and competing one day....  ok i hope you know im joking about wanting to be orange. -_- hey you know i really want to learn locking too... even after that HORRENDOUS locking lesson lol. Today i went to SCHOOL and boughtStarve a fever, feed a cold   2 Mac Dual Edge eye pencils and a Mac Lip Glass in    gosh, i am so productive. Melissa, Lilian and I were one of the first few in the long queue that snaked around the Central Forum with all the girls clamoring to get grab some Mac products. This is the only time when an 8am lecture turns out to be a good thing...Came home and my sister gave me another 3 tubes of Stila lipgloss with 2 colours each. Means i now have 7 new toys for my lips...now the downside is, i like my lips nude. lol. Saw Jo and Jo in the queue and the both of them came to school JUST for the Mac sale. hardcore! In case you're wondering how come Mac was at NUS, we always has such activities, fun!  the NUS arts canteen also has some kickass LAKSA YONG TAU FOO. MMMM. been hearing lots about it ever since i stepped in but i only tried it last week with rox. YUMMMMYYY. My yong tau foo essentials are brinjal (YES!), lots of veggie and definitely NO YELLOW MEE.   Dinner at Kampong Glum - this place TOTALLY ROCKS. i didnt know there was such a cosy nook there. Anyway this place is great because their pratas are yummy and they give you discounts on your food all the time! Can check with amelia. If you're on a budget you should definitely head there one day. I had onion prata. i love onions.  Dinner at Crystal Jade. I had Xiao Long Baos.  This is my "face is red but since you're taking a photo of me this will have to suffice" pose   i actually think it's quite cool. look at how my pinkies are crossing. so artistic. and you must leave your eyes visible - because House Bunny says the eyes are the nipples of your face.  give you a biscuit if you recreate this pose but im going to give sam a biscuit because she took this pic at such a great angle!!   rox has a priceless face!    and rox also has some cool make up. I just used a random glitter eyeliner (ONLYYY) from rox's table and smudge it to make it look smokey. wish i had a bigger picture but it was cool anyway. love you guys.its time to mee up for dinnnerrrr. anyway im having a cold. needless to say im been gorging my face. feel sickly boo hoo :( :( :( :( Labels: Party

At 2AMs          Hey so life is kinda peculiar.... sometimes, you really end up at the wrong place at the wrong time. I am surrounded by happy, blissful, newly got together couples on my right hand and my left hand. We're hanging out together like it was the most normal thing to do. It's almost like a slap in the face. A constant reminder and a constant ache on the inside. I just don't remember ever feeling like that. I dont remember feeling high from love endorphins, and most of all, i dont remember falling in love. i think, it started all wrong. i think we were at the wrong place at the wrong time. I think it was almost as though we were hiding in the back pocket of a pair of hand-me-down pants. Never saw the light of day and always hanging around ourselves. Very unhealthy. Actually, maybe all along it was only me hanging out by myself in the back of his pocket. The other day Frank looked at Jason and Cheryl and went, "they are so loving". Sweet couple, they look so cute together. i decided to play footsie with the gravel on the floor instead. I went to Jason's house and saw a beautiful picture of the 2 of them together on his desk. It's his girlfriend on his computer desktop too...I bet they must have had a great one month. FACEBOOK, he has an album of Cheryl with the location: in my heart. cue the confetti. It's romantic. It's these little gestures that make your girl feel special. We dont need expensive things, we dont need $100 bouquets. Flowers die anyway. Guess it's true, ppl express their love differently, but seems like i want CONVENTIONAL LOVE. CONVENTIONAL ROMANCE. Oh and you know Chris, (ok maybe you dont) his MSN nick is "ecstatically in love!". Was watching 舞林大道 last night - Taiwan's answer to America's Next Best Dance Crew and Dance Flow is the only team worth watching.DANCE FLOW DAMN their choreography is awesome. seamless blocking changes, subtle hand work and high octane moves. They obviously have technique, look professional and there's really an aura about them. They've categorized themselves as Free Style and you definitely see lots of influences in their work from locking to jazz to digits. there's this girl, Lin, the one doing the solos, that is supposed to resemble 大S who is damn hot and has that X factor. Quality is so horrid on youtube but she's really pretty. and, i always secretly liked 大S because she looks so gu niang and frail but she's a bad ass whoo. and honestly, i have no respect for all those girl groups who do"NEW JAZZ" in bikinis and fishnets, flash their cleavage and shake some ass. Dont sell your sex appeal, sell your technique if any. NEW JAZZ IS DAMN BULLSHIT please. it's like an excuse for girls to be slutty and act like they can dance. >.<

RIP Fatty This morning when i looked into her cage her pupils were protruding, lucid, wide open and piercing. She refused to eat or drink. I couldnt see her tiny abdomen expanding and contracting. She lay there gasping for breath between intervals. I honestly couldnt bare to look further. All this while i just wanted her to go in peace and i was very sad that she couldnt. Honestly, i've never cared for any hamster as much as i cared for Fatty and my heart breaks thinking about it.  This is what she looked like when she was younger. She was fat and well-fed. When she died, she was emancipated and had flaking skin and bald spots. Dear Fatty, if all dogs go to heaven, hamsters must too. So rest in peace. You were a good hamster. :( Labels: hamster

my heart broke for Massa!Out of my Element Free lanyards everyone was clamoring for.  Takes a free item to get ugly heads rearing.  A lot of people thought i was trying to sell the items. They would go "how much?" after i explained to them what the decals were. and i would say, "it's free!". And then they would reply "OH!", and promptly take a few more.  Howard and I. Evidently, he is very tall! dinner consisted of takeaway junk like an $8 hotdog and $5 fries for those nights. ick! Grandma's birthday at Aquamarine  cutting the cake      food food food! Oysters plus Tabasco plus lemon juice is ultimate shiok! i used to think oysters tasted like sewer water but apparently it's an acquired taste. yum!  half a family shot I feel like im in orientation all over again. Only i joined in the activities a bit too late. You know how it feels like, like a fish out of water. Everybody has their cliques already. You don't know anybody, you dont understand the private jokes, mostly you just sit there keep quiet because you feel like you cant communicate anyway. It is hard trying. It's like how they say it's peas and carrots. Our cultures and lifestyles are so different i cant imagine. It's weird in a way. How did 1 year go by without myself even realising that we're so different we could be on almost complete ends of a spectrum. and all this while... sometimes i feel like time slipped out from between our fingers.
